We’ve taken time and care to build a culture of trust where all Crocs feel supported to be their true authentic selves. We know we’re not perfect, but we’re always pushing to improve and nurture a creative environment where people feel valued and inspired to do the best work of their careers.

In 2022 people throughout the agency contributed to building a remarkable portfolio of initiatives, from cost-of-living packages and The Croc Wellness Week to allyship workshops and unconscious bias training. It’s a selfless approach from so many to create a better, happier, healthier working environment. It’s one that never ceases to amaze me, and it’s never taken for granted.

We believe that diversity of experience and diversity of thought are the fuel for Fierce Thinking. Together, we’ve taken great strides in making our D&I policy tangible, having implemented a great number of initiatives overseen by our D&I steering group. Currently we’re partnering with Mencap to create work placements for people with visible and non-visible disabilities – so watch this space.
