The Crocodile reinvented the Coalition Collect Event into a new customer-led digital experience campaign, ‘Nectar Thanks a Million’. Through clever gaming, creative video and digital innovation, we made the brand relationship more emotional, thereby activating and rewarding more collectors.
Unlike previous events the strategy extended the campaign beyond simply the ‘promotion phase’. The Crocodile recommended a digital strategy designed to deliver an experience that would see collectors have some fun, learn something new and ultimately encourage them to engage in different ways. To maximise impact, the strategy also purposely connected offline events with the key online initiatives.
